Haus Partners is a preferred studio hire program operated by Havana Haus ("Havana Haus", "we", "us" or "our") for approved professional photographers, videographers, content creators and creative production businesses ("Partners").
The program provides eligible Partners with preferred studio hire rates when booking Havana Haus for paid client productions.
Participation is subject to application, approval and continued compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
To be eligible for Haus Partners, applicants must:

Havana Haus may accept or decline applications based on relevant business criteria, including professional suitability, intended studio use and the objectives of the program.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Membership is complimentary and does not require an application or subscription fee.
Approved Haus Partners receive:
Partner benefits are non-transferable and available only while membership remains active.
Participation does not guarantee any particular volume of bookings, client referrals, promotional opportunities or studio availability.

Exceptions may be agreed in writing by Havana Haus before a booking is made.
Approved Partners receive a discount of 15% off the standard eligible studio hire price displayed at the time of booking.

Studio hire rates may change from time to time. The Partner discount will apply to the eligible rate displayed at the time of booking, unless a different rate has been agreed in writing.
All applicable GST and charges will be displayed during checkout.
Each approved Partner will receive an individual Haus Partners discount code.

Havana Haus may investigate suspected misuse and suspend a code while that investigation takes place.
Confirmed misuse may result in withdrawal of Partner benefits and recovery of any incorrectly applied discount, where legally permitted.
Partners are responsible for managing their own client relationships, service pricing, contracts and invoicing.
Partners may incorporate studio hire into their photography, videography or content production packages and retain any commercial margin resulting from their preferred studio rate.
Havana Haus does not require Partners to charge their clients any particular price.
Partners must ensure that their pricing, invoices and representations to clients are accurate and comply with applicable Australian laws.
The Haus Partners discount is a reduction in the Partner's studio hire cost, not a referral commission or payment made by Havana Haus.
Partners are responsible for their own tax, GST, accounting and invoicing obligations.
All bookings remain subject to Havana Haus's standard Studio Hire Terms & Conditions, including applicable payment, cancellation, rescheduling, overtime, damage and studio-use requirements.
Partners must book through the approved booking process and apply their personal discount code at checkout.
A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Haus Partners membership does not provide:
Partners remain responsible for their bookings and the conduct of their clients, crew and other attendees in accordance with the Studio Hire Terms & Conditions.
Haus Partners are expected to maintain professional standards when using Havana Haus.
Partners must:
Partners remain responsible for their obligations under the applicable Studio Hire Terms & Conditions.
Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination of program membership.
Haus Partners operate as independent businesses.
Participation does not establish an employment relationship, legal partnership, joint venture, franchise or agency relationship between Havana Haus and the Partner.
Partners are not authorised to enter contracts, make commitments or incur liabilities on behalf of Havana Haus.
The program is non-exclusive.
Partners may work with other studios, and Havana Haus may provide studio hire and production services to other creatives and businesses, including those operating in similar markets.
There are no minimum monthly booking requirements.
Havana Haus may invite selected Partners to be featured on the Haus Partners website page or in other approved promotional materials.
Featured placement is discretionary and is not guaranteed as part of membership.
Where a Partner agrees to be featured, they grant Havana Haus permission to display the approved business name, logo and supplied promotional information for the agreed purpose.
Photographs, videos or other creative works will only be used where appropriate permissions or licences have been obtained.
Partners retain ownership of their own business names, logos and intellectual property.
Partners may request removal of their featured business listing by contacting Havana Haus. Reasonable requests will be actioned within a reasonable period.
Participation does not authorise a Partner to represent themselves as employed by Havana Haus or to suggest that Havana Haus endorses their individual services beyond their approved program relationship.
Haus Partners memberships will generally be reviewed every six months.
Reviews may consider:
There is no automatic minimum booking requirement.
Where a Partner has had limited booking activity, Havana Haus may contact them to discuss their expected future use before deciding whether membership should continue.
Membership will remain active unless the Partner is notified otherwise.
Havana Haus may update program benefits, eligibility criteria or participating studio services for legitimate operational or commercial reasons.
Partners will receive at least 30 days' written notice of material changes that negatively affect their existing program benefits, unless an earlier change is reasonably necessary for legal, security or safety reasons.
Changes will generally apply prospectively.
Any booking already confirmed and paid for will retain the agreed booking price and discount, subject to the applicable booking conditions and any requirements of law.
Partners who do not agree to material changes may end their membership without penalty.
Partners may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying Havana Haus in writing.
Havana Haus may suspend or terminate membership where there are reasonable grounds, including:
Where appropriate, Havana Haus will notify the Partner of the concern and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond or remedy it.
Immediate suspension may occur where reasonably necessary to protect the studio, its customers, staff or systems.
Havana Haus may also discontinue the program or end an individual membership for legitimate commercial reasons by providing 30 days' written notice.
Termination does not automatically cancel existing confirmed bookings or remove rights and obligations accrued before termination.
Any cancellation or change to a confirmed booking will be handled in accordance with the applicable Studio Hire Terms & Conditions and Australian law.
Partners remain responsible for their own professional services, clients, contractors, business operations and compliance obligations.
Havana Haus is responsible for providing studio hire in accordance with the applicable booking agreement and relevant law.
Each party is responsible for its own acts and omissions to the extent required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, remedies or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Information collected through Haus Partners applications and bookings may be used to:
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Havana Haus's applicable Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.
Havana Haus will not publicly display a Partner's personal contact information, business logo or promotional profile without an appropriate basis or permission.
By accepting an invitation to join Haus Partners or activating and using a Haus Partners discount code, the Partner acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Partners will be provided with access to the applicable terms before acceptance.
These Terms operate alongside the Havana Haus Studio Hire Terms & Conditions. Where the documents address different matters, both apply. Where they conflict regarding a specific Haus Partners benefit, these program terms take precedence to the extent of that conflict, except where prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
