Send through your enquiry with as much detail as you have – the type of shoot, what you need captured, preferred dates, location, deliverables and any references or ideas you’re working with.

Once we understand what you need, we’ll put together a quote based on the shoot type, time, team, studio requirements, styling, production support, editing and final deliverables.
This makes sure the project is clear from the beginning and everyone knows what’s included before we lock anything in.
Once the quote is approved, we’ll confirm your date and send through the invoice, booking details and any next steps required to secure the shoot.
Your booking is confirmed once the required payment has been made. Very official. Very grown up.
Before shoot day, we’ll help finalise the details. This may include shot lists, creative direction, styling, props, backdrops, lighting plans, talent, hair and makeup, call sheets or production notes depending on the scope of your shoot.
The aim is simple: everyone walks in knowing what we’re shooting and how we’re getting it done.
On the day, our team will guide the shoot from start to finish. We’ll manage the flow, lighting, creative direction and any moving parts so the session runs smoothly and efficiently.
You can be as involved as you like, or let us take the reins. Both are welcome.
After the shoot, your images or video files will move into post-production. Final delivery timeframes depend on the project scope, but we’ll confirm this with you before the shoot.
Once complete, your final files will be delivered via an online gallery or download link, ready for website, social, campaign or marketing use.
Book the studio for an hour, a half day, or a full-day shoot and shape it around what you need.
Then bring in our in-house Creative Team – photographers, videographers and stylists who know how to execute from concept through to final delivery.

Inclusions depend on how you book the Haus. Downstairs Studio gives you private access to nine curated shoot spaces across the entire downstairs level. The Podcast Studio is a dedicated professional upstairs recording studio. Full Haus gives you exclusive access to both levels, twelve curated shoot spaces and the upstairs Podcast Studio / Content Studio. Visit each studio page for complete inclusions.
Studio spaces are able to be booked at 1 Hour, 2 Hour, 3 Hour, Half Day (4 Hour) and Full Day (8 Hour) intervals.
Yes. Havana Haus includes a range of professional lighting equipment depending on your booking. The Downstairs Studio includes lighting options for natural-light and controlled studio work, including equipment for the cyclorama. Our upstairs Podcast Studio has built-in studio lighting for professional multi-camera video recording.
No. One Downstairs booking gives you private access to all nine curated shoot spaces for the duration of your booking.
No. Downstairs and Full Haus bookings are private. You won’t be sharing the booked studio area with another unrelated shoot.
Downstairs gives you nine curated shoot spaces across the ground floor. Full Haus gives you 12 curated spaces across both levels, including the upstairs Content Studio.
Our upstairs Content Studio is the Podcast Studio with the podcast setup removed, giving you a fully equipped, designer styled, professionally lit space for video, photography, interviews, talking-head content, reels and other production.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to hire the space on its own and bring your own team.
Each of our creatives has a distinct style. You can view portfolios and select the creative that best aligns with your brand and goals.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak periods and weekends.
Yes. The Podcast Studio is available 7 days a week, including weekdays and weekends.
Our creative services are typically delivered within Havana Haus, but reach out and we can discuss what your project requires.
Yes. Styling support is available depending on your shoot requirements.
Please arrive at your scheduled booking time. If another session is in progress before yours, we ask that you wait until the space is ready.
Bookings are often scheduled back-to-back, so your studio hire includes setup. We offer a 15-minute bump out period at the end of your booking for pack down and exit purposes only. If you think you may need extra shoot time or would like early access, we recommend booking an additional hour to allow for this.
Yes, there is on-site and street parking available.
Reschedules with more than 7 days’ notice are typically permitted, while changes made within 7 days may incur a reschedule fee. Cancellation terms vary depending on whether the booking is studio hire, creative services, or an event.
